Hi, my name is Mario!

family man, sportsman, computer geek.

My sports passions are windsurfing and snowboarding. I started windsurfing at the age of 12, skateboarding and snowboarding at 14. While windsurfing and snowboarding are still my passions and have now influenced me for well over ½ of my life, I quit skateboarding some time ago.
The movement, nature, the freedom, the variation, the change, and last but not least the community keep inflaming my passion for these two fun sports.
Besides fun sports, computer science is my passion. I was able to turn this passion into my profession. For more than ½ of my life I am lucky enough to live out my hobby as a profession every day. If there is still some time left, I blog under the label “Coder Next Door” on the website of the same name https://codernextdoor.rocks about topics that interest me in computer science.
Last but not least, my family is the center of my life and my biggest influencer.
Corona is shaking things up a bit right now. Let’s look forward together and look forward to the newly experienced freedom after or with Corona.
Stay healthy
Mario
